DRAFT POLICIES

Support & refund policy

Transparent draft terms for future voluntary payments and digital fulfilment.

DRAFT — review before launch. These starter policies need operator details, confirmed service arrangements and qualified legal review before becoming final.

No payments in this preview

Stripe, PayPal and coin fulfilment are not connected. The website cannot take payment, deduct Dragon Coins or deliver items. All displayed records and prices are fictional or provisional.

Voluntary donations

Donations are voluntary, generally non-refundable except where required by law. This wording does not remove consumer protections, remedies for misdescription or failure to supply, or any applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Digital content and fulfilment

Before live payments, final terms must explain what is supplied, expected fulfilment times, and applicable cancellation rights. Any request for immediate digital supply and acknowledgement affecting withdrawal rights must be explicit and legally valid; consent must not be presumed from a donation label.

Mistakes, failed delivery and refunds

For a duplicate payment, mistaken allocation, missing digital content or other issue, the future operator should investigate with the payment provider and offer the remedy required by law. A verified support contact and process must be published before payments open. Do not send card details or passwords.

Chargebacks and disputes

Players should contact the operator when feasible so an issue can be investigated, without restricting their right to a bank or provider dispute. Fraudulent payment activity may be reviewed under the final rules, but a lawful refund or dispute must not be punished automatically.
