These are draft UK-relevant starter terms, not a final legal agreement. Operator identity, business address, contact details, eligibility and any age requirements must be confirmed before launch. The website preview does not provide a live game account, payment or delivery service.
Access and game accounts
Iron Dynasty is planned as a free classic PvM server. Live account creation requires acceptance of the final terms and privacy notice. Do not share credentials, impersonate another player or use the service for unlawful activity. Availability, maintenance and content changes will be documented once operations begin.
Voluntary support and Dragon Coins
Donations are voluntary, generally non-refundable except where required by law. Dragon Coin allocations and tiers shown are provisional. No purchases can be made in this preview. Final payment terms must describe fulfilment, any digital-content consent requirements, and statutory cancellation rights before payment.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these draft terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Availability and service limitations must be described accurately in the final terms; no blanket waiver of legal rights is intended.
Disputes, changes and intellectual property
The final operator must specify an appropriate UK governing-law and dispute process without removing mandatory rights applicable to a user. Material terms changes should be communicated. Iron Dynasty is independent and is not affiliated with Gameforge or Webzen; respective trademarks remain with their owners.
